What is DMC?
Dubai Motor Club (DMC) is a Discounts & Loyalty Rewards club for car enthusiasts, offering members exclusive partner discounts and the chance to win luxury prizes like cars, cash, electronics and more.
What is the DMC loyalty membership?
The DMC loyalty membership gives you access to exclusive discounts, partner offers, and automatic entries into frequent prize draws. The longer you’re a member, the more entries you accumulate which apply to each and every promotional draw we run.
What happens if I upgrade / downgrade my membership?
When you upgrade, you receive more entries and access more discounts immediately. If you downgrade, your new membership level will take effect at the next billing cycle, with adjusted entries and access to discounts.
What does ‘accumulating entries never expire’ mean?
It means the entries you earn every month remain active for as long as your membership is current. They only become void if you cancel your membership or fail to make payments.
How do I update my payment details?
You can update your payment details by logging into your account, going to the “Billing” section, and entering your new payment information.
How do I check my entries?
You can view your total entries by logging into your DMC account and visiting the “My Entries” section in your dashboard.
If I win, how am I contacted?
Winners are notified via phone call immediately on our Facebook Live Stream infront of our online audience. Winners will also be contacted by email so be sure your contact details are up to date!
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account, going to “Membership Settings,” and selecting the cancel option.
Who runs DMC?
DMC is run by a passionate team of motor enthusiasts led by Rami Sabbagh, who created DMC to bring Dubai’s car lovers a truly rewarding experience.
